Our policy stipulates that we will gladly accept returns only in cases where the fault lies with us. If you encounter any issues with the quality or condition of the product you receive, rest assured that we will take every necessary step to rectify the situation.

However, it’s important to note that if the customer is found at fault for issues such as not receiving the parcel due to absence or providing an incorrect address or not being available to recieve the Shipped Items, we cannot accept responsibility for these circumstances. We highly recommend ensuring accurate shipping information and being available for the delivery to ensure a smooth transaction. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service and products, and we appreciate your understanding of our policies. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Original art works or magazines cannot be returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase+ Shipping papers.

If your purchased Items Sent through the trackable shipping methods are being returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, such as you not being available at home or refusing to accept the delivery from the pickup location, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept responsibility for refunding or resending your parcel for a second delivery attempt. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their availability for successful delivery. If you still wish to receive the items, you may need to initiate a new purchase and provide accurate delivery information. We advise all customers to carefully review and provide correct shipping details to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.”. 

If there is any other reason for the return of your purchased items, aside from the customer’s lack of availability or refusal to accept the delivery, your refund will be processed promptly. Once the returned items are received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account within a specified number of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email  us and note that ,we hardly accept any returns of Art products.
If your return reason is accepted , you still will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning items, Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if they are not trackable.
